SELF-INDULGENT CREATIVE DAY OF REST

If you have played the role of Rock of Dependability, as I have, you may have a hard time making space for yourself to retreat. I invite you to be self-indulgent for this one day, to be present to your Self. To meet your own needs for companionship, community, and self-care, you may have to practice what Mel Robbins calls the “let them” mantra; to unhook yourself, and let them manage without you for one day.

We will center ourselves, play with SoulCollage®, walk outside in nature and fill up the well within with self-nurturing activities. In a very restful way.

Give yourself a glorious, luxurious day to receive nurturance and inner wisdom, do a healing ritual, and create SoulCollage® cards for Archetypes that may be calling to you. And Rest, of course, as needed. And share in a safe circle of seekers who offer deep listening to each other.
